Walk4Hearing Let's Go Virtual! logo with the words: Empower, Strength, Community and a photo of a team.

Dear Friends,

We laced up our shoes, forged ahead, and found innovative ways to keep our community - the heart of Walk4Hearing - connected. This spring, we took Walk Days online and stayed focused on our mission.

Keeping health and safety in mind first, this fall we’ll continue to celebrate virtual Walk Days. These online celebrations are a fun and engaging way to showcase our community. We're planning activities to bring us together, to energize fundraising and a call to action for hearing health and communication access.

You’ll learn, be entertained, and share stories about your hearing journey and its challenges – all to inspire and motivate one another. Then we’ll go outside and walk with family and friends in our neighborhoods. The experience is not to be missed!

No Walk4Hearing in your area? The beauty of an online celebration is that you can participate from anywhere! I’ve seen old friends and met new ones from across the country. Join any Walk4Hearing and feel the strength of our community.

Show your support and register today. I've already started my team for the Washington DC Walk4Hearing. Are YOU ready to walk with us?

Together we can do this!

Barbara Kelley
Executive Director

P.S. Join us on HLAA Walk4Hearing Community Central to share your stories and connect with walkers around the country.

"I walk because my hearing loss used to be something that made me feel embarrassed; that I tried to hide. When I finally took the steps to get my hearing aids my life changed forever and for the better."
