Don DohertyDear HLAA Friends and Supporters,

I mean it when I say HLAA was a godsend. I had spent a great deal of time researching hearing loss but found little that was applicable to the problems I was experiencing. When I went to my first HLAA Chapter meeting, I was able to ask questions and get practical answers so I kept going back. Members shared their stories, talked about hearing assistive technologies and communication skills, and I found it all helpful both on the job and at home.

I have been part of the HLAA support system that has never let me down. Now, my motivation with HLAA is to give back and help others with their hearing loss.

There are less than two weeks left for year-end donations to count for 2017.

Please read about the work that HLAA does on behalf of people with hearing loss. We need to spread the word about HLAA and we need your donations and support to do that.

On behalf of the HLAA Board of Trustees and staff, I wish you a very happy and healthy holiday.
